Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel their monthly membership at any time directly through their Admin Vault or by emailing hempholdingshub@gmail.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your Featured Listing will remain visible in the directory through the end of that paid period.

Because listings are activated instantly upon processing, all sales are final, and we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months of service.

In the rare case of a verified duplicate charge or processor error, contact us at hempholdingshub@gmail.com within 30 days and we will investigate and remediate as appropriate.

We ask that subscribers contact us prior to initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any billing concern directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account.
