Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. Accounts are issued to legal entities or individual licensed professionals — sharing credentials across firms is prohibited.

Featured Listings are reserved for firms that can substantiate, on request:

• An active, in-good-standing CPA license (for accounting listings) issued by a U.S. state board.
• An active bar license (for legal listings) issued by a U.S. state bar.
• Documented engagement history with licensed cannabis operators.
• No undisclosed conflicts of interest with other listed firms or operators.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that misrepresents licensure, engages in deceptive practices, or otherwise violates these Terms. Listings must not promote unlicensed cannabis activity in any jurisdiction.

The directory taxonomy, search infrastructure, brand marks, and aggregated firm metadata are the exclusive property of HempHoldingsHub. Listing owners retain ownership of their own firm biographies and logos but grant HempHoldingsHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Platform and in good-faith promotional contexts. Scraping, bulk export, or republication of directory data without written consent is prohibited.

Featured Listings are billed at $89.99 per month on a recurring basis. Subscribers may cancel at any time through the Admin Vault or by emailing hempholdingshub@gmail.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms. Because listings activate instantly upon successful payment, all sales are final and prorated refunds are not issued.

The Platform is provided “as is.” HempHoldingsHub is a directory and does not itself provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice, and does not warrant the qualifications or work product of any listed firm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to HempHoldingsHub in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold HempHoldingsHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
